Trace's Birthday

The invitations I ment to get out but never did they are still super
cute so I wanted to share them and I think that I am still going to scrapbook it!

Trace is now 3! Can I just tell you how scary it is? Time flies so fast it seems like yesterday we brought him home in his big Christmas stocking the hospital gave us. However Trace was really cute at the small family party we had for him. He was so excited about his lighting mcqueen cake I made for him! He keep telling me the whole day that it looked "lisous" and he was dying for a piece. We had a great turn out and we took all of our family on a hay ride though the feastive of lights. You can see Trace's eyes just glow going through the lights. When we got done he wanted to go again. It was so adorable! He loved everything he got! It was so fun to watch him tear open his gifts. I knew that this was probably his best Birthday yet. Tim and I bought him two fish and a firebelly toad for his birthday. Which he loved. The toad however didn't last long. He found the only open whole on the tank (where the filter is) and hopped out. He had jumped behind the bookcase and died from dyhration. We only had him 8hrs or so. :( Trace was okay with it though. He handle it quite well and just said "you get me a new frog?" He is so cute! He has learned a lot in his three short years of life. I wish he would stop growing and stay my little boy. (The best thing about him getting older is he is now potty trained, goes to nursery all by himself and talks like crazy I love the stories he makes up. ) All in all he had a very wonderful birthday. He told me he loved it.

Fall wrap up

Fall was a very fun and stressful time for our family. We had a crazy season. it started in September with Trezdon's Birthday. We had so much help with food which I was so greatfull for. We have such wonderful family members. Trezdon wasn't as fun as most babies are with their first cake. He just cried and we found out why later that night when he threw up. Poor kid sick on his first birthday. But once he got better he enjoyed all of his gifts.
We had our old neighbors and friends come down from WY., and stayed it was so nice to see them. We missed them so much. It was super fun catching up and taking their family pictures.
It seems like I got a lot of experince this fall taking pictures which I love. It's my passion. Every shoot I did turned out great.. But this is my family blog not my photography blog so I won't talk anymore about that.. Well besides talking about my own family pictures. I took them myself. I hate how much Trace fights me and as soon as he started doing good Trezy started acting up. I think a lot had to do with the fact we nearly faced our deaths. We were taking pictures on a train track when a train came by. I have never been so close to a train it was very loud! It was a good thing that we were close to a road for that reason and they start honking a 1/4 of a mile away. At least it seems that way. I heard it before but I though it was further away but it wasn't Tim grabbed our kids and I grabbed Bella who we where watching and my camera. I am so glad we made it up that hill safe. Anyway after that the kids were kind of freaked so we went to a different location but by then Trezy was tired so we quit and said that we would wait until the next day and we would have my mom come to help with the kids but that didn't happen. That night I was taking a buckett of carrots outside in the outside fridge. Something told me to turn on the light. But I just thought that it was me being scared of the dark and thought that I needed to face my fears. So I pressed on and then took a step and felt nothing but air and went tumbling down our food ceiler cement stairs carrots flying all over the place. And messed up my ankle pretty bad. I was to subborn to go to the dr. though although now I wished I did since it's now Dec. and it still hurts.
It seemed like time flew by after that and before we knew it Halloween had came and gone. We had fun trick or treating down main with the Kids, my parents, Bryce (my bro) and Halena (my sis) and later that night Truck or Treating with Sissy (tim's sis) and Bella (our niece) while Tim and Grandpa and Grandma scared little kids in their own haunted houses. Tim was pretty bummed because we got there late and by the time he got the van scary enough little kids had invated all of our candy lol. But Guy got there early enough to have his haunted tent up. My kids where diffently scared and Trezy cried a little but by this time they were used to their Halloween loving parents getting in their faces with scary masks... But Bella was scared beyond belief. She looked like she saw death himself and was crying and screaming louder than anyone else who went through the tent. I was very impressed with Trace though he just looked at them and after we got out he just ate his candy. Later that night we went to a homemade haunted house in Woodland Hills with my parents and Halena. It was awesome. I think that they did a really good job. They went easy on us since we had the kids but next year I am going to go without them. Although they weren't scared at all.
And then before we knew it. It was Thanksgiving. can I tell you how much I hate having 3 different families to see on one day? It was all very tiring.. But we got threw it. We ate at my parents had desert at Tims moms and made it to the Larsen side to eat some more. It really wouldn't be that bad if they all didn't plan everything at the same time. But that would make it to easy. Thanksgiving to me was probably the end of fall for me.
During this time we have had a lot of family problems that is too no our own little family but extended and although it hasn't effected my husband or kids it has me. I really can't go into details because I am protective.. It's not the first time though and probably won't be the last. With all of the stress it has caused and bills I noticed my alsures acting up a little. But don't worry it's nothing I couldn't handle.
I think that those two things are the biggest reason why I said it was hard but all in all my family has had a really great fall. I really loved watching my kids reaction to the changes of nature. Always kicking leaves and throwing them up in the air. I love it. My kids and Tim are what makes this life worth living. They made most of the bad times this fall wash away for a little bit. I don't know what I could do without them!

Trezdon Sends His love

Okay so it's not really possible for Trezdon to say send my love but I am speaking on his behave lol and for myself. Thank you for everyone who comment on possible invitations for his party. I went a whole different direction though. I don't know why. Anyway remember you are all invited. Here is the invite. I did it this way because it's cheaper and easier. Like I have said before I am a lazy person. And I understand when people can't make it too. Life is crazy. There is a lot going on in my life and I can't always make it to everything so don't feel bad if you can't. But if you are coming please let me know so I can figure out how much food I need. Anyway I will leave you all with this invite. Hope to see you there.

Can't decide

Trezy is turning one holy cow that time has flew by. I am planning his birthday party. Those of you who read my blog are all invited I figured this was probably the easiest way to let you all know seeming how only my close friends follow my blog. Unlike facebook where everyone can see. Anyway I need your help on deciding what invitations to print out for grandparents and his book take a look at both then let me know. Hope to see you at the party.

Really fun family reuion. Tim and I both won a prize.

The zoo
Family Day @ Tim's work
Art City Days in Springville. Trace couldn't get enough of all the rides. It was magic to him.
Baby Trezdon going to town on his first snow cone @ family day at the gaurd base, it was so fun.

You think that that wasn't enough we went to the fair (Bean I need copies of that). Tim, Tom and I turned 24 I have Pic on my carmera, we stayed in Grantsville and showed The boys Terry's horses. Celibrated Bryces Birthday and will soon celibrate Trezys first birthday (although that is pretty much after the fist day of fall). It was full of highs and sometimes we had to say goodbye to people who where like family (I was with Missy a lot). I learned a lot this year to enjoy life, I made deep connections, learned skills to help my marriage stay strong, to move on past hurts, I have enjoyed watching the different things my kid have learned this summer and their excitement in there eyes when seeing different things. Reconnecting with Tim on the Trips without the kids. It is all just a little bitter sweet to end the summer. I enjoyed it all alot but I love fall and can't wait to see what lifes adventures takes us.

Refuling Mission :)

Me in the Boomers pit.
Tim inside the Boomers pit. (Where the boomer lays down to refule jets)

Our plane has been attached to the jet by the boomer.

Refuling the jet. This is looking down in the boomer's pit. It's under the butt of the plane.

We got to go where ever we wanted to on the plane. This is looking out the emergency exit widow. The pilot to the jet looked right at me. How cool is that?

The jet we fefuled. We escorted him to Navada where we refuled him in mid-air. After refuling he headed to Texas and we headed back to Utah.

Tim got sick on the plane poor guy. But he still says he had fun.

Tim is so awesome. He keep all of this a surpise for me. I am so glad he did.

touching the plane before take off. Kind a blury pic. but you get the idea.

Me in the Cock Pit It was so awesome I got to go up in the cock pit while they where flying the plane. Not bad for my first plane ride. I will never forget it. It was a lot of fun. Next time I go I am going to sit in the cock pit while the plane is landing that will be awesome. I have so many more pics. but I would here forever putting them in. So if you want to see them come over. :)

Finally Yellowstone pics

Pretty Emrald Pond
Trezy @mammath springs cute stink

It was bitter cold in Yellowstone but we still had fun. This is at a waterfall in the middle of the park. It's name is at the tip of my tounge, if I remember I will add it on.

Trace wanted to pee outdoors like the big boys lol silly kid.

Trezy is so freaking cute. This was on the way back from YellowStone Yes I am finally posting some pics of our trip. I said I would, it just has taken me a while to get there. Lol that is what you get for not having the net at home. We are debating now that our contract is up with dish if we would rather contiune having cable or get the net. Tim said he'd rather have the net. I am still debating. I really haven't had much problems with not having tv because it has been shut off the last few days. And it is healthyer for my kids so we will probably go with getting the net and just getting a box converter for our tv.
